On the Petition of Robert C. Thompson and Robert C.
Thompson, Jr., for Family Administration of the Estate of Gertrude P. ~
Thompson, deceased, the court finding that the decedent died on the
31st day of January~ 1976t that the only interested parties herein are
your petitioners; that the material allegations of the petition are
~
true; and that an Order of Family Administration should be entered in
this estate in accordance with the petition, it is
ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of the
assets of the decedent as follows:

the decedent's estate are assigned by this order shall be entitled to t

receive and collect the same, and to maintain actions to enforce the

ADJUDGED FURTHER, that debtors of the decedent, those
~holding property of the decedent, and those with whom securities or other

properties of decedent are registered are authorized and empowered to ~
~
comply with this order by paying, delivering, and transferring to those 2
specified above the parts of the decedent's estate assigned to them by this
order, and shall not be accountable to anyone else for the property. ~
~
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that distributees shall be personally
- liable for all lawful claims against the estate of the decedent, not
to exceed the amount of distributive share.
