6. Nsovants re-allege that they are over the age of 18

years and are otherwise sui juris and as the only persons
interested in the above estate they waive formal hearing on ;
this motion.
WHEREFORE, Movants pray that an amended order of summary

~administration distribution be entered finding and decreeing that
they are entitled to the Florida assets of the estate of Susan `
Belle Puckett, deceased, in the shares more fully set forth in
Paragraph 5 above.
Under penalties of perjury, Movants declare that they have
read the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best
of their knowledge and belief.
