for an a~nded order of summary administration distribution filed
herein by Arch A. Pucke~t and Katherine Belle Puckett Martin,

surviving spouse and daughter, respectively, of the above-named ;
decedent, and it appearing to the Court that Movants are entitled ~

to the amended order sought by virtue of the fact that their sub- ~
;
stantive rights were determined upon the decedent's date of death,
to-wit: July 21, 1973, and that the provisions of former F.S. §731.23
and the present F.S. §731.011 are controlling in this instance,
and being fully advised in the premises, it is hereby :

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The decedent Susan Belle Puckett has been dead for

more than three years. ~

2. The decedent's estate is not indebted.

; 3. The averments of the prior petition and the present

motion are true, no material facts have been concealed, and the
estate is entitled to the amended order of summary administration
distribution sought.
