as per plat recorded in Plat Book 8, paqe 29, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida; run thence North 10°38' West along
the Westerly line of Fernandina Avenue 90.4 feet to a concrete ~
. monument, the point of beginning of the tract herein described; ?
from said point of beginninq continue North 10°38' West along
the Westerly line of Fernandina Avenue 60 feet to a concrete ~
monunnent; thence South 86°53' West 199.35 feet to a mangrove
post on the original West line of Lots 2 and 3 of Block 12 of
the aforesaid plat of Ft. Pierce Beach Subdivision; thence
