ORDER OF DISCHARGE
. The Petition of IRVING A. OPPERMANN, as the Guardian
of the person and property of HANS JOHN MALCHOW, for an Order
discharging him as Guardian, cominq on this day to be heard; and
it appearing that the Guardian has faithfully discharged his duties
and has rendered a complete and accurate final return and has
delivered the assets of his ward to the person entitled to those

assets, HANS JOHN MALCHOW, and the Court being fully aclvised, ~
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGEO that IRVING A. OPPERMANN, is

discharged as Guardian of the person and property of HANS JOH1~
MALCHOW~ from further liab~lity in connection with the guardianship,

and that HAYNES & HAYNES INSURANCE COMPANY, surety on the bond, is ~
likewise relieved from further liability as surety on the bond for '
HANS JOHN MALCHOW, according to law.
