6. Ann E. Dodge, whase address is 9740-36th Way North,
Pinellas Park, Florida, is entitled to preference in agpointment
as Personal Representative because she is the sole individual who

is entitled to all of the assets of this estate since all of the
beneficiaries of the estate have assigned their right, title and ~
interest in the estate to her. -

7. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, Petitioner is ~
unaware~oE any unrevoked wills or codicils of Decedent.
Petitioner requests that Ann E. Dodge be appointed Personal
Representative of the Estate of Edward Louis Dagistino.
