Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc.,~as developer and assignor hereunder hereby does
subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Articie XI of the Declaration
of Condominium, as amended, filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, F~orida,
in OR Book 192, page 82i, to the ~ien and encumberance of the mortgage hereby assigned.
