KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: _
WHEREAS, CITI6ANK, N.A., for~meriy known as First National City 3
Bank, a national banking association orqanized under the laws of the i
United States of America, is now the owner and holder by assiqnment ~
of the followinq mortgages and the notes secured thereby, to-wit: ~
A martqaqe deed, executed the 14th day of October, ~ {
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgaqe Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securinq
s5,100,000.00 and recorded in-Officiat Record Book 187, Paqe
2405, et seq., Pubiic Records of S~. ~ucie County, F'.orida, ~ ;
encwnbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, F]orida therein
~ more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortqaqe Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amendinq the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of s1,112,392.00 and
also encumbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortqaqe Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record 8ook 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested,CITIBANK, N.A.,
formerly known as First National City Bank, to release the~property
hereinafter described, beinq a part of the mortqaqed premises, from
the lien and operation of said mortgage;
• NON, THEREFORE, CITIBANK, M.A., formerly known as First National
City Bank, in consideration of the premises and the sum of

operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgaqor, its successors ~

TO HAVE AND TO•HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the -
said Mortqagor, its successors and assiqns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shali in anywise impair,
altea^, or diminish the effect, lien or encumbrance of the aforesaia
Mortgage on the-remaininq part of said mortqaged prnperty not released
hereby, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
