FINAL JUDGEMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

This caus,e came on for trial the 30th day of March, 1977
ancl the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit, that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties, and that the marriage betwee~
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
I. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between EDDIE
JAMES SMITH and JO ANN SMITH be and the same is hereby dissolved,
;
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom.
` 2. C~STODY. Custody of EDDIE JAMES SMITH, JR., SHARON
DENISE•SMITH, ANGELA MICHELE SI~ITH, ELIJAH JEROME SMITH arid
TRACY TERRELL SMITH, minor children of the parties, is hereby ~
awarded to JO ANN SMITH, with reasonable visitation rights reser-
ved to EDDIE JAMES SMITH.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 15th day of April, 1977, the
sum of $100.00 per month shall be paid by EDDIE JAMES SMITH to
JO ANN SMITH for the support of the children named above.
~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to JO ANN SMITH. In addition there is
hereby assessed the swn of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added
to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made
in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties
are ordered to keep the C1erk of this Court advised of their
mailing and residential addresses at all times while this order %
is in effect.
THZS ORDER entered at St. Lucie County, Florida this
day of April, 19 77 .
