FINAL JUDGEMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS ~AUSE came on for trial on the 4th day of April, 1977,
and the Court hav~ng given full consideration to all evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matters of this suit; that the relation of husband ~
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievevably broken and should be
dissolved. ~t is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follaws:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between FRANK A. ~
FABIANO and ELIZABETH A. FABAINO be the same is hereby dissolved
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. The custody of CHANTEL MARIE FABIANO, minor
child of the parties, is hereby awarded to ELIZABETH A. FABAINO,
with reasonable visiting rights reserved to FRANK A. FABIANO.
3. The Husband shall be responsible for the p~yment of all
doctor, dental, hospital, medical and drug bills incurred on
behalf of the child, CHANTEL MARIE FABIANO, until said child
marries, becomes self-supporting, or reaches eighteen (18) years
of age. _
4. The Wife is awarded sole ownership and possession of
the 1973 Chevrolet Laguria automobile as lump sum alimony and the

Husband is ordered to deliver the title to the said automobile
. ;
and transfer all his right, title and interest therein to the ~
Wife within ten (10) days of the entry of this Order. In the `
event the Nusband fails to transfer his interest in the said
automobile within ten (10) days of the entry of this Order, ~
then this Order shall act as a conveyance of all the right,
title and interest by the Husband in the said automobile.
