THIS CAUSE coau.ng on to be heard this 30th day of March,

1977, upon Petitioner's Motfon for Conteaipt Order and the Respon-
dent beinq present in Court in person, and the Petitioner being
also present in Court in person and represented by counsel, and the
Court having heard all of the testimony of the parties and being ~
fully advised in the premises, it is therefore,
ORDEIZED AND ADJUDGED as fOllows:
l. That the Respondent, wYATT C. DEANS, JR., is adjudged
to be in contempt of this Court for failure to pay the ~life child ~
suppori as required by Order of July 30, 1975 and for failure to
pay attozneys fees as ordered in the Final Judgtaent dated July 29,
1975. ~
2. That as punist?a?ent for his contea:pt the Respondent, ~
trrilATT C. DEANS, JR., shall be confined in the County Jail for a .
period of thirty (30) days.

3. That Respondent may purge himself as follows:
(a) by paying the arrearages in child support in the
total awount of $3,057.00 at the rate of $5.00
~r week commencing April 11, 1977.
(b) By paying the sum of 540.00 per week to the Wife ~
as child support pursuant to the Final Judgment ;
dated July 29, 1975. These payn~ents shall comrt;ence
on April 11, 1977.
(c) By paying the swn of $300.00 awarded to the wife's ~
attorneys pursuant to the Final Judqment at the '
rate of 55.00 per week comaencing May 2, I9?7.
These payuients shall be nsade ditect2y to the , _
fizm of Brown, Paxton and Willfaa~s.
