THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on the verified Petition
For Adoption filed in this cause and the consent of the natural ~
mother and it appearing that the consent of the natural father
is not required; and, it appearing to the Court that the Petition
is a fit and proper person to adopt the minor child sought to be ~
adopted; and that the best interest of ,said child will be promoted
by the adoption; that the child is suitable for adoption by the
Petitioner, ORAN FREDELL, JR.; and being otherwise fully advised ~
