Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, P. O. '
~ Box 2050, Jacksonville, Florida, 32203. Each transmittal check, or
an accounting therefor, shall bear the name and social security number '
of each respective Defendant~father in order to insure that he receives ~

proper credit for same; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
shall and he is hereby ordered to continue to transmit support pay- `

ments received from the Respondent until further order of this Court

or receipt of notice to discontinue payments from the Department of ;
Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event the support pay-
ments shall thereaf ter be directed and payable to the natural mother,
