This cause coming on this day to be heard upon the
petition to set special master's fee filed herein by Samuel R. ~

Peterkin, Jr., the duly appoint~d special master in this cause;
and upon the motion for leave to withdraw as counsel for the ±
defendant filed by the firm of Neill Griffin Jeffries & Lloyd,
Chartered, and the Court having heard arguments of counsel and

' being advised in the premises, it is hereby ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as fo~lows:

~ 1. That a reasonable fee for the accounting services
rendered to date by the special master appointed by ttiis Court,
Samuel R. Peterkin, Jr., is in the amount of $2,930, and said

fee is determined and established hereby. ~
2. That said fee of $2,930 shall bear interest from the =
date of this order at the legal rate of 6$ until paid by the
party or parties ultimately adjudged responsible.therefor. '

3. That the services of said special master are complete ;
for the time being, subject to further orders o~ this court, and
