shall.and he is hereby ordered to forward said support payments
received from the Defendant-f ather to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, P. O.
Box 2050, Jacksonville, Florida, 32203. Each transmittal check, or .
an accounting therefor, shall bear the name and social security number
of each respective Def endant~f ather in order to insure that he receives -
proper credit f or same ; it is ~further .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
shall and he is hereby ordered to continue to transmit support pay-
ments received from the Respondent until further order of this Court
or receipt of notice to discontinue payments from the Department of
Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event the support pay- '

ments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the natural mother,
