Denartment of Health and Rehabilitative Services for leave t~ intervene

put on notice and having heard arguments presented and considered the
evidence and testimony; the Court f inds that the movant Department of
Hea~~h and Rehabilitative Services has an interest in this cause,
to-wit, child suoport mo:~ey and enforcement thereof, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Department of Health and
Rena~ilitz~ive Services shall be and it is hereby granted leave to
