CONTINENTAL II.LINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CHICAGO,
a national banking association organized and existinq under the laws
of the United States, the holder of those certain mortgages (the "Mort-
qages") beinq more particularly described as follows: (i) Mortgage
and Security Agreement, dated October 27, 1976, recorded in O.R. Book
259, page 1254, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and (ii)
second-in-priority Mortgage and Security Agreement, dated October 27,
1976, recorded in O.R. Book 259, page 1276, aforesaid records, exe-
cuted by HUTCHINSON ISLAND CLUB, INC. ("Mortgagor"j to CONTINENTAL
ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CHICAGO (pMortqagee"),
in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other qood and valuable
, considerations, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby ac-
• knowledged, does hereby remise, release, quitclaim, exonerate and
h~s discharge from the lien, security interest and operation of the said
Mortgages unto the Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that cer-

This instrument releases said Condpminium Parcel from ~he lien and
a 3+ security.interest of the Mortgages, and from the effect of any instru-
~ ro[ ments of record modifying or supporting said Mortgaqes.

Mortgagor, its successors and assigns fo ever, freed, exonerated, and
