THIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY MORTGAGE
The N. 315 feet of the W. 314.55 feet of ttie N. 1/2 of the S.E.
1/4 of the S.E. 1/4 of the N.E. 1/4 of Section 24, Township 35
South, Range 39 East, containing at least 2.27 acres and located
in St. Lucie County,Florida.
Mortgagor herein reserves the unrestricted right to excavate and
remove fill from the hereinabove described property at the rate
; of 50,000 cnbic yards per calendar month, said monthly allotment
commencing on the date of closing, and same to be cumulative from
said date of closing. The said excavation must be to a depth of
~ more than 45~feet, with slopes of natural repose. Mortgagor may
also stockpile or imanediately remove as excavated or dredged,
the fill or material in or on said property and may remove same
for use on Interstate 95 right-of-way or for such other use as
Mortgagor may determine~in its sole discretion. This paragraph
superce3es the provisions of paragraph 5 hereof.
