This cause came on for trial the Sth day of April, 1977,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the ~S rties

' and subject unatter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage
between the part'ies is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. The Court further finds that the Wife has a One

described belaw by virtve of her payment of the consideration ~

for the real property from her individual sources clearly un- F
connected with the marital relationship. ~

It is therefore ORDSRED as follows: ;

•1. The default entered against the Husband, FRED W. ~

WILLIAMS, by the Clerk of this Court on March 25, i977, is hereby ~
ratified and confirmed.
2. The marriage between FRED W. WILLIAMS and DORA BARKLEy
WILLIAMS be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and
~ • -
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising ~
therefrom. ~
