equity in the following described real property sftuate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: .
Lot 2, B1oCk 1, FORT PI8RC8 HIGHLANDS,
UNIT l, ae per plat thereof on file
in Plat Book 10 at Paqe 29 of the
Public Rerords of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
Within ten (10) daya from the date of this Order, the Husband is
Ordered and directecl to execute a Quit Claim Deed conveying his
nominal interest in the above described real property to the
W~.fe. In the event the 8usband fails to execute such a Quit
Claim Deed, this Judgment shall operate as a conveyance of the
Husband's intereet to the Wife in the above described real
property._ ~
4. DORA BARIQ.EY WILLIAMS be • and she is hereby authorized
to assume her former name of DORA LEE BARIQ.EY ancl to use the same
in a 11 respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
5. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties fiereto
is retained for the entry of such further Orders as may be
proper.
