DISS TION OF MARRIAGE '

This cause came on for trial the 6th day of April, 1977, ~

and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, 3
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the ~
, parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of ;
i ~
~ husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
{ .
' the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and ~
should be dissolved. It ia thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between PAUL
CACCIATORE, Husband, and MARITA FAYE CACCIATORE, Wife, be and '
the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them
are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
i
existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. The property settlement aqreement admitted into
evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the ;

parties are ordered to comly with the provisions thereof. ~
3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby ,
enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or
annoying, the other.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders ;

as may be proper. ~
