This cause came on for trial the 6th day of April, 1977 i

and the Court having given full consideration to all the ~

evidence, finds and determins: This Court has jurisdiction of
I, the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. ,DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JOHNNY
JAMES SPIVE'~ and ANNETTE MARIE SPIVEY, be and the same is ~

hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
~ forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing

! between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~

2. CUSTODY. Custody of MATRECIA SHANNETTE SPIVEY and t

JOHNNA SHAREESE SPIVEY, minor children of the parties, is hereby ~

awarded to the Wife with reasonable visitation rights reserved

to the Husband. In addition, at such time as the third minor ~
child of the parties sfiall be born, custody of said minor child
shall also be awarded to the Wife with the right of reasonable
visitation reserved to the Husband.
3. 3UPPORT . Comonencing the day o f , 19 7 7, ~
