Each paytne~t shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and ~
!by him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition there is ;

~ hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added :

to each payment made the Clerk. All paqments shall be made in cash ~
money order or cashier's check. Both of the partiea are ordered ~
to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and '

residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect. ~
4. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoine

and restrained from interfering with, harassing or~annoying,
the other. ~
5. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of ~
