DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause cacae on for tr..3,a1 the 6th day of April, 197?, .
and the Court having given full consideration to allthe evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of.thi s suit; that the relation of Husband and
wife now exists between tlie parties; that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is, therefore, ORDERED as follows:
1. The marriage between JOFIDi R. ~BERT and CAROL ~BERT be

! and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them

` are hereby forever freed fran the bonds of matrimony heretofore

existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. Custod of RENEE ~

parties, is hereby awarded to CAROL I~BERT with reasonable visitation ~

rights reserved to JOHI~T R. ~BERT. ~

3. Commencing the lst day of May. 1977, JOffi~1 R. HEBERT
shall pay to CAROL ~BERT the sum of $150.50 each and every month £

made to the clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to ~

CAROL I~BERT. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1 as ;
statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All
payments shall be made in cash, money order, or cashier's check. ~

Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court ~

advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while ;
