This cause came on for hearing the 30th day of March, 1977,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties ;
and sub3ect ~natter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
i wife naw exists between the parties; and that the marriage is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED es follows:
1. DISSOUJTI0~1 OF MARRIAGE. T'he marriage between JAMES
LASPONARA and MARGUERITE LASPONARA be, and the same is, hereby dis-

solved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed `

from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and

fram the obligations arising therefrom.

with visitation rights reserved to JAMES LASpONARA, to be exercised
