3. SUP~RT: Commencing the lst ~of April, 1977, JAMES LASPONARA ;
shall pay to MAR(~)ERITE LASPONARA the sum of $50.00 per week for
the support of the minor child named above. Each pay~nent shall be ~
made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted prcymptly to
MARQJERITE LASPONARA. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum '

of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the ~
Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this
Court advised of their mailing and~residence addresses at all times

4. PROPERTY. JAMES LASPONARA is hereby ordered to surrender ?

possession of a 1974 Chevrolet Vega automobile held in the 3oint names
of MARGUERITE LASPONARA and MARGUERITE-ZUKOFF, to the brother of the
Petitioner, MAKARY ZUKOFF. A copy of the title to this vehicle is
attached to this Order as Exhibit A, and by this reference made a ;

part hereof. Upon such custody of the abave vehicle being delivered ~
to MAKARY ZUKOFF, he is hereby instructed to surrender possession of

the vehicle to MARGUERITE LASPONARA and MARGUERITE ZUKUFF. ~
5. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined ~
. ~
and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other.
6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders regarding
child support and other matters as may be proper:
