FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 6th day of April, 1977,
and the Court having qiven full consideration to all the evidence
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relationship of Husband
and Wife now exists between the partiea; and that the marriage be- '
; tween the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JOHN H.
~ ADAMS and THELMA D. ADAMS, be and the same is hereby dissolved and ~
f the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY SETTLEI~:NT. The Property Settlement Agreement
~ executed by the parties on the 2nd day of March, 1977, and intro-
! duced into evidence marked Petitioner's Exhibit "A", was freely
~

' entered into by the parties after a full disclosure under the cir-
< <
~ cumstances that appear from the evidence to be for the best in-
~
terest of the parties and their minor child; and in its entirety
~
F the Agreement is incorporated by reference into this judgment, and ~
