3. CUSTODY OF CHILD. Petitioner, THELMA D. ADAMS, is a
fit and proper person to have custody of the minor child, TIMOTHY
W. ADAMS, with the Respondent, JOHN H. ADAMS, havinq reasonable ~
visitation rights as per the above referenced Agreement.
5. FESS AND COSTS. The Court detenaines the aum of $ 3s?7~0 C~
to be reasonable for the Petitioner's attorney for his services
herefn and Respondent is ordered to pay said attorney said aum,
toqether with costa herein asaes8ed at $32.50.
6. JURISDICTiON. Jurisdiction of thfs cause, and the
~parties hereto is retained for the entry of auch further orders
as may be proper. ~
