DISSOLtTrION OF MARRIAGE -
This cause came on for trial this date and the Court, having given
full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court
has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
• relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
1. DISSOLUTION OF MAItRIAGE. The marriage between SANDR~? L. MeCAIN
and NARNEY R. MeCAIN be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed fran the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arisi.ng therefrom.

I~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of HARI~Y R. MeCAIN, III, age 8 and SHANNON

LEIGH McCAIN, age 4, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to

~ the Wife, SAAIDRA.L. MeCAIN with reasnnable visitation rights reserved to
~ the Husband, HARNEY R. MeCAIN.
3. SUPPORZ. Comnencing the ~ day of April, 1977, HARNEY R. McCAIN
shall pay to SANDRA L. MeCAIN the sum of $1~~,_y-=- each and every week for the

~ support of the children named above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk
~
~ of this Court and by him remitted promptly to SANIDRA L. MeCAIN. In addition,
~ there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to

~ each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money
order or cashier`s check. Both o~ the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk
, of this Court advised of their mailing ar~ residence addresses at all times
; w hile this Order is in effect.

~ 4. RESTORATION OF NAME. SANDRA L. MeCAIN be and she is hereby autho-
~ rized to assume her foimer name of SAI~RA L. PRICE and to use the same in
