AMENOEDORDER
- This cause coming on before the Court on a Motion for Enforoement
and Modification in the manner of pa~yment of support and the Court having
~ heard the parties and counsel and being fully advised finds that JAMffS R.
SCURLOCK is in arrears of suppart in the amount of =200.00 and the husband _
acknowledging the same and requesting the right to pay support monthly,
therefore, thereupon, `
IT IS HEt~BY ORDERED:
1. That the husband ma~y purge himself from contempt by paying
in addition to his regular support payments, ~50.00 per month camiencing

E wi th the next pa~yment of support and continuing unti 1 the sai d arrearage
is paid.
2. That the Court awards to the Wi fe's attorney, attorney fees
of s75.00 an d costs of s7.50 for the instant hearing and that the same shall
r be paid beginning April 1, 1977 by payment of s10.00 monthly in addition to

~ the herein support and arrearage pdyments ordered, to-wit:

~ child support in monthly installments in advance of =217.00 per month ~

beginning March 1, 1977. All pa~yrnents shall be paid to the Clerk of this ~
Court and by him remitted pranptly to TINA KAY-SCURLOCK. In addition, there
E is hereby assessed the sun of ;1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each
payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money
; order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk
of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
- while this order is in .effect.
