DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~
T'his cause came on for trial the 6th day of April, 1977,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; that the caarriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is, therefore, ORDERED as follows:
1. T'he Default entered by the Clerk of this Court against
the 8usband, ROBERT B. WEAVER, on March 18, 1977 is ratified and

~ . 2. The marriage between ROBERT B. WEAVER and PATRICIA S.

' WEAVER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each

~ of them are hereby forever freed fran the bonds of matrimony hereto-
fore existing between them and from the obligations arising_therefrom.

is hereby awarded to PATRICIA S. WEAVER with reasonable visitation
