of 12 months with the payments being due on the llth of each a?onth.
Each payment shall be made to the Cler k of this Court and
by him remitted proca~tly to PATRICIA S. WEAVER. In addition, there
is hereby asseased the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to ~ aaaea
to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in
cash, money~or~r, or cashier's check. Both of the partiea are
ordered to keep the Clerk of thia Court advised of their mailing
and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
5. The Husband shall furnish to the Wife reliable trans-
~ portation for the support and maintenance of the Wife and the minor
child. ~
6. The Court determines the sum of $400 to be reasonable
for the Wife's attorneys for their services herein and ROBERT B.
WEAVER is ordered to pay the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes,
201 South 2nd Street, Fort Pierce, Florida said sum together wi th
costs herein assessed at $40. The sum of $440 shall be payable at
the rate of $100 per month with the first payment being due on the

lst of May, 1977 and a like sum on the first of each month thereafter

until the total has been paid.

j 7. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is

~ retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
