THIS CAUSE CAI~ on for final hearing this 4th day~of April,
1977, and the wife havin~ appeared with counsel and a default
having been entered against the husband for failing to file or
serve an answer~or other pleadir~g. And the Court having given
full consideration to the evidence, Yinds end determines: This
~ court has 3urisdiction of the garties and sub3ect matter of this
action; that the relations of husband and wife now exists between
the parties; that the equities are with the wife and against hus-
band, and the wife is entitled to dissolution of marriage. _
It is thereupon
ORDERED AND AD?TUDGID:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the wife,

ANNETTE BOATWRIGHT MORGAN, and the husband, J. P. MORGAN, JR.,

. be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the said parties and each
~ of them are forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
`f existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

2. RESTORATION OF MAIDEN HAME. That the wife's maiden name
be and is hereby restored to ANNETTE BOATWRIGHT.
3. ATTORNEY~S FEES AND COSTS. The court determines the

~ sum of Three Hundred fifty Dollars (~350.00) to be reasonable
~
~ for the wife's attorney's fees for his services herein.and the
~ husband is ordered to pay said attorney said sum together with

costs herein assessed at = 3~- . `

4. JURI3DICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the '
parties hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders

~ as may be proper.
