ORDER
This cause coming on to be heard this 4th day of April, 1977,
on the Motion of the Wife for~n Order of Contempt of Court against
the Husband, and the Court having given full consideration to the
matter and beinq otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Wife's Motion for an Order of"Contempt of Court against
the Husband for failure to pay child support pursuant to a Temporary
Order previously entered herein is hereby denied.
2. The Court makes no findings and is excepting from this Order
any determination in regard to the mortgage payments payable to First
Federal Savings and Loan Association due to prior oral agreements ~
` entered into between the parties regardinq such payments. ~
