ORDER ON MOTION FOR ENFORCEMENT .
This cause came on for trial on April 5, 1977, with both
parties being represented by counsel, and the Court having heard

testimony of the parties, ~
The Court finds that the Respondent, ROBSRT VANCE SMITH,
has complied with the proviaions of the Final Judgaaent dated
January 19, 1977 by making arrangements for the medical and
hospitalization expenses of the Wife and by paying the attorney's
fees as ordered and by paying some of the support ordered for the
Petitioner, though not all of it; the Court finds that the Husband
is not in willfull contempt of the Final Judgment.

IT ZS, TI~REFORE, O~tDERED that commencing Friday, April 8, ~

~ 1977, ROBERT VANCE SMITH shall pay to MARGARET Z. GREEN the sum of
i
j $50 each and every week instead of the $100 previously ordered, until

; the full remaining $4,700 of.rehabilitative alimony is paid in full.

~ Each payment shall be caade to the Clerk of this Court and by ~

g hicn remitted promptly to MARGARET Z. GREEN. In addition, there is ~
[ ~ _
~ hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to {
each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
money order, or cashier's check. Both of the parti e s are ordered to
keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
