This cause coming on before me on the Husband's Objection
to Request for Admissions, and Husband's Motion for Order Requiring
the Presence of the Minor Child, NORMAN CURTIS GRABEN, at Trial of
this Cause, and the Court having heard argument of counsel and - ~
being otherwise fully advised in~the premises, it is ;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED the Motion to compel the attendance
of the minor child at the final hearing of this cause be and the
same is hereby granted and the Wife shall produce the child at .
the final hearing under this Petition for Modification and/or ~

Change of Custody, it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband's Objection to Request
for Admissions is hereby denied and the Husband shall answer said
requests within ten (10) days from the date of this Order.
