FINALJUDGMENT DISS UTION OF RRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 30th day of March, 1977 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriag~-between the parties is - i rretrievably broken and shoul d be di ssol ved. It i s thereupon ORDERED and ADJUOGED as follows: ~ ~ I - ' ~ l. The marriage between WILLIAM R. NEWTON and CONNIE S. NEWTON ~ be and the same is her~by dissolved, and the parties and each of them are f I hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. Custody of ANNA NEWTON, minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to CONNIE S. NEWTON with reasonable visitation rights reserved to WILLIAM R. NEWTON. 3. That WILLIAM R. NEWTON shall pa~y to OONNIE S. NE'dT~JN ` as support for the minor child, ANNA NEWTON, the sum of $ 30, oo to be ~ ~ paid on Friday of each week after being furnished a certified copy of the Final Judgment entered this date by furnishing the same by mail to the said WILLIAM R.
