; THIS CAUSE came on for hearing upon Motion for
En~orcement filed by FANNIE MAE HENDERSON against NAROLD S.
HEDiDERSON and the Court having considered the evidence and
te~timony determines that as of April S, 1977, NAROLD S. ~

HENDERSON is in default in the amount of $ S.OU , and a ~
Fi~al Judgment is hereby entered in favor of FANNIE MAE ,

HENDERSON against HAROLD S. HENDERSON in the amount of $ gS~.Oa ;

FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. That HAROLD S.'~NDERSON hereafter shall pay as child ~

Friday, April 8, 1977. Eacti~payment shall be made to the Clerk
of this Court in cash, cashier's check or money order and by him

j remitted promptly to FANNIE`~MAE HENDERSON. in addition, there
~ is hereby assessed the~sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be
~ I added to each payment made ta the Clerk.
~ j= 2. That HAROLD S. HENDERSON will not be excused from makin
~ ~ the support payment as ordered herein by claiming that he is
unable to find employment unless he substantiates said claim with
a letter from Mr. Lemieux of the Florida State Employment Service
stating that there is no work available for Mr. Henderson. '
3. That should HAROLD S. HENDERSON fail to make the suppor -
payments ordered herein without acceptable excuse, he will, upon :

application by FANNIE MAE HENDERSON, be held in contempt of this s
~ Court and be incarcerated in the St. Lucie County jail until he
t
~ purges himself of said contempt.
~ 4. That jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto
~ is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper
