only in the Fort Pierce News Tribune on the 18th day of February, 1977; ~
was duly introduced, read and passed on first reading by the City k
Com~nission of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, on the 28th day of
February, 1977; copy of said Ordinance was made available at the office
of the City Clerk to the public upon request during the time between
the first and second reading of the Ordinance; and was duly read and
passed on second and final reading on the 7th day of March, 1977, by
the City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce. Florida.

for four oapsecutive w~eeks in The News TribLme in Fort Pierce, Florida, on
March 33, 18, 25 ancl April 1, 1977, pursuant to Section 171.16, Florida
Statutes. Thirty days have expired since the passage of Ordinance No.
G-331 and no registered wter or owner of real estate in the tract so
proposed to be annexed have objected to such annexation, and the annexation
of the tract hereinbefore described became effective April 6, 1977. - ~
