DON NESLER
I, DON NESLER, domicited in Escambia County, Florida, do make,
pubtish, and dectare this to be my tast will and testament, hereby revoking att
wilts and codicils heretofore made by me .
~ ARTICLE I
I dtrect that atl aF my just debts, expenses of my last ittness, and
funerat expenses shatl be paid by my Executrix herein named, as soon after
my death as shalt be her be found convenient .
ARTICLE II "
I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my betoved wife, LENA
. ;
~ NESLER, alt of my property, reat, personat and mixed of which I die seized
and possessed, for her own use and benefit forever . In the event my wife does
not survive me, then I give, and bequeath alt of my property to Darla Denise
Lingerfett, George Darret: Lingerfeit, Jr . and Dara Dearw~a Lingerfelt, in equal
shares, per stirpes.
ARTICLE III ~
I hereby appoint my wife, Lena Nester, as Executrix of this last i
will and testament, and I direct that she shalt not be required to give bond or
other security for the faithfut performa nce of her duties . In the event my wife
does not survive me, then I appoint Betty Lingerfett as substitute executrix.
I expressly confer upon my Executrix or substitute Executrix futl power and
authority to sell (at public or private sale for cash or credit) and to mortgage,
lease and co?~vey, any part of my estate, both real and personat, at such times
ami upon such terms and conditions as she may deem best.
