FINAL JUDGMENT -
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
T'his cause came on for trial the 21st day of April, 1977, and the
Court having given full consideration tp a12 the evidence, finds and
determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject a?atter
of this suit; that,the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between fihe parties is irretrievably broken
and should be disso2ved. It is thereupon
- ORDERED AND AU7UDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between Melvin B. Skaggs, Sr. and Mary Ann
Skaggs be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of
them are hereby forever freed £rom the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existinq between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. Custody of CYNTHIA SNN SKAGGS, minor child of the parties,
is hereby awarded to Mary Ann Skaggs with reasonable visitation•rights
reserved to Melvin B. Skaggs, Sr.
3. Commencing April 21, 1977 the Husband, Melvin B. Skaggs, Sr.,
shall pay to the Wife, Mary Ann Skaggs, the sum of $50 each and every week
for the suppart of the child named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition there is hereby assessed
the sum of $Z as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the
Clerk. Ail payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this order is in
