This cause was heard on Petitioner's application for
tenporary relief based upon her sworn Petition, and it appearing
to the Court that the Petitioner is entitled to the temporary :
relief demanded, and that the damage apprehended will be done ,

is enjoined and restrained from coming about, molestf.ng, harming ,
or annoying the Petitioner, OPAL PURLEE, and her sons, STEVEN GRANT
