PETITION FOR FINAL ORDER OF DISCHARGE
The petition of GAIL B. MOODY as PerBOnal Representative of the estate
of the above -described decedent respectfully shows:
1. Violet G. Beard died intestate, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida,
on January-2, 1975, leaving the p~etitioner as her only daughter and sole heir at
law. Letters of Administration were iasued to petitioner on November 8. 1976.
2. Petitioner has fully administered the estate; no claims or debts were
filed against said estate and petitioner has paid all expenses of adminietration.
3. Petitioner obtained and filed herein a non-tax certificate evidencing
the non-liability of this estate for any estate taxes due the~State of Florida.
The gross estate of decedent was valued leBS than the minimum amount re-
quired for the filing of a Federal Estate Tax Return.
~ 4. Petitioner has sold all of th~ assets of the estate and after payment of

~ all expenses connected with said sales, petitioner received the sum of $13, 727. 94.

~ Of the last mentioned sum, petitioner disbursed to her undersigned attorneys the
sum of $?00. 21 in reimbursement of coats advanced amounting to $100. 21 and
attorney fees of $600. 00. The foregoing constitutes a complete accounting of
all receipts and disbursements by petitioner made in connection with the adminis- -
tration of this estate.
5. As petitioner has received the entire net remaining estate, no further
actions are required of or by petitioner in connection with the administration of ;
