PETITION FOR DISCSARGE WITHOUT ACCQUNTING
The undersigned, as personal representative of the
above estate alleqes:
l. The decedent, HELEN F. PORE, a resident of St.
Lucie County, Florida, died on the 4th day of July, 1976,
and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioners on
July 20, 1976.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Waiver. of Account and
Service of Petition for Discharqe and Consent to Discharge
of Personal Representative.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate,
by making payment, settlement, or other dispostion of all
claims and debts that were presented, and by paying or making
provision for the payment'of all expenses of administration.
4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax re- ~
turns with the Internal Revenue Service and with~the Depart-
ment of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and
filed with this court evidence of the satisfaction of this
estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate
taxes , if any .
5. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribu-
. tion of the assets of this estate as set forth in the schedule
of distribution attached hereto as Exhi.bit A. -
6. The only persons having an interest in this pro-
ceeding and their respective addresses are:
