In the event that none of the children choose to take their share until all five have attained the age of twenty-one (21) years, then each child shall take a one fifth share of all cash and accrued interest in the account. The purpose of this provision in this Will is to make it impossible for any child t~o receive his proportionate share of the proceeds from the trust account until each individually reaches the age of twenty-one (21) years, subject to the two following exceptions only: Fitst, in the event that a medical emergency arises whereby doctor or hospital bills in excess of . $50.00 are incurred, an advance distribution of any individua 1 child's share may be made upon receipt of a medical report stating the necessity of inedical treatment for any of the five (5) children. This medical report shall also set out the amount of the medical bill incurred - and payment shall be made directly to the treating physician or hospital, rather than to_the children themselves or their mother; and secondly, in the event that anv of ; ; the five (5) children attend a college or university, ! ~ an advance disbursement may be made to reimburse for • the cost of tuition at any accredited college or university ~ upon receipt of proof that a tuition fee has been incurred.
