IV.
I further desire and so instruct my personal
representative that my dwelling home and real property
situate at 3104 Sunrise Houlevard, Fort Pierce, Florida,
shall be sold as soon as practicable following my death
and that all cash proceeds derived therefrom shall fornn
the cash basis for implementing the trust account
payable to my children as aforementionecl.
V.
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint CATHERINE
SHUCK, 3106 Sunrise Boulevard, Fort Pierce, Florida,
as Executrix of this my Last Wi21 and Testament, and '
request that she be allowed to serve without bond. In
the event that CATHERINE SHUCK predeceases me, or in
the event she does not qualify or chooses not to serve
as.my Executrix, I hereby nominate and appoint STEPHEN
G. HAYSKAR, as my alternate Executor, with the same
authority and powers and exemptions as herein expressed.
