cil of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's Last Will and,Testament,
dated May 27, 1976, accompanies this Petition. . _
Petitioner requests that the decedent's Will be admitted
to probate and that PAULINE ELLEN HER20G be appinted Personal Repre-
sentative of the Florida estate of decedent.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my knowledge
and belief.
