I, JOHN ALBERT HERZOG, residing ~t 1506 Sunshine Avenue,
South~Port St. Lucie, in St. Lucie County, Florida, being of
sound mind and disposing memory and considering the uncertainty of
this frail and transitory life, do hereby make, publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
all former Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made. -

It is my will and I direct that all my just debts, including
the expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses, be paid -
promptly out of the principal of my estate, and it is my will
and I direct that my body be buried in Columbia Gardens Cemetery,
Arlington, Virginia.

~ All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both
~ real, personal and mixed, of whatsoever nature and kind and -
wheresoever the same may be situated or located, of which I may
die seized or possessed, or over which I may have a power of
disposition or any interest whatsoever, I give, devise and
bequeath unto my beloved wife, PAULINE ELLEN HERZOG, to be hers
absolutely and forever.
