In the event my said beloved wife shall predecease me or
shall be incapable of serving in said capacity for any reason,
then and in that event, I hereby nominate, constitute and
appoint, GERALD S. JAMES, ESQUIRE, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, as Personal Representative of this my I,ast Will and
Testament, with like powers. _
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal
at Fort Pierce, In St. Lucie County, Florida, and declare this
instruunent to be my Last Will and Testament, this 2~th day of
