so as to serve without bond; and if she shell be or shall become
. unable to serve, then I direct that my sister Elaine Oavis Ward,
be appoi n ted such Executri x and - tha t she 1 i kewi se serve wi thout
bond. And I do he~eby authorize and empower such Executrix to
setl and convert into cash, subject to Court.approval, any ar all
of my property and Estate, real and personat, in my Estate at such
time or Limes during the administration of my estate as such Execut~ix

St. Patrick's Church, 1~ukon, Io~+a, then to the Pastor of St. Patrick's ~
